1. Install leakage protector.
The leakage protector is also called the Protector, its function from "Save the device" These three words can understand. 2. Power supply voltage abnormal do not boot.
Rural due to low voltage power lines are relatively long, the end of the line voltage is often too low. When the phase voltage is less than 198 volts, the line voltage below 342 volts, submersible pump motor speed down, when the rated speed of 70%, the start of the centrifugal switch will be closed, resulting in the start of the winding for a long time and fever even burnt windings and capacitors. Conversely, excessive voltage causes the motor to overheat and burn the windings. Therefore, submersible pump in operation, the operator must observe the power supply voltage value, if below the rated voltage below 10%, above the rated voltage above 10%, should make the motor stop running, find out the reason and troubleshoot.

3. Avoid frequent switches.
Do not frequently switch submersible pumps, this is because the pump will be stopped when the backflow, if the power-on, will make the motor load start, resulting in a large start-up current and burned winding. Because the electric current is very big when starting up, frequent start also can burn submersible motor winding.

4. Do not let submersible pump overload the long-term work.
In order to avoid long-term overload of submersible pump work, do not draw a large sediment-laden water and at any time to observe whether the current value in the nameplate specified in the value, if found that the current is too large, should be stopped check. In addition, the electric pump dehydration operation time should not be too long, lest cause the motor overheating and burned.
